Fitness Tests - 2025
120's - Players will have 18 seconds to sprint 120 yards, then 42 seconds to return 120 yards. Players then get 15 seconds to rest before going again. Players get one additional minute of rest after the fourth and seventh spring. You MUST complete all 10 runs and 8 out of 10 in time.
25/35's - Players will have 35 seconds to complete the 25-yard ladder and 25 seconds to rest. Players get one additional minute of rest after the fourth and seventh sprint. You MUST complete all 10 runs and 8 out of 10 in time.
RPS20 - Players begin by running a lap around the track and returning to the starting point. The average time to run a lap around the track should be 1:30. Once the player returns, they do 25 push-up and 25sit-ups (using correct form). After completing the push-ups and sit-ups the player runs another lap. The player must run 4 laps, with 4 sets of push-ups and sit-ups in 12 minutes or less to pass the test. The program is split up into two groups for the test. One group performs the test while the other group counts their partner's push-ups and sit-ups.
Fireman's Drill: Field players go through daily's with a partner spending 30 seconds on each progression. The total progression with your partner should take 5 minutes and is meant to be your recovery time. Once you complete your Daily's, players must complete a field ladder. This means players must sprint to the 6 yard line 18 yard line, midfield line, opposite 18 yard line, opposite 6 yard line, and opposite end line and back. Once they finish their run they go back to doing daily's.
PSSB 12: As Many Rounds as Possible for 15 minutes of: 10 Pushups, 10 sit-ups, 10 burpees, and 10 squats.
